Terms of Service

These terms cover The BMNR Tracker (bmnrmnavtracker.com). Contact: bmnrmnavtracker@gmail.com. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.

The live tape is free. Prime is a paid subscription: $3 per month or $30 per year, billed by Stripe. Prime features (full charts, calculator, target grid, and other locked tools) need an active paid Prime subscription. If billing stops and the paid period ends, those features lock again. The free tape stays.

Cancel any time on Account. You keep Prime until the end of the month or year you already paid for. You will not be charged again. We do not refund unused time, except where the law requires it.

Numbers, charts, notes, and filings on this site are for information only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. Past figures are not a promise of future results. Data can be late, incomplete, or wrong.

You are responsible for your login, password, and what you save (share lots, alerts). Don’t share your account. Don’t scrape, attack, or overload the site. Don’t use it for anything illegal. We can suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BMNR Tracker is not liable for lost money, trading losses, missed alerts, downtime, or data errors. If a court says we owe you anything, it is limited to the Prime fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Stripe handles cards. Google, X, and xAI handle some sign-ins. Their terms apply to those services. See also our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the current version lives at this page. Last updated September 10, 2026.
