The 0.85× week nobody wanted
NAV $16.21. Stock $13.80. The print that keeps 1.00× honest.
mNAV printed 0.851×. NAV per share $16.21. $BMNR $13.80. That week stays on the tape.
Holdings were 5,700,040 $ETH. Staked 4,879,157, up 3.4% on the week while the token count only rose 0.48%. They were converting the pile into a yield engine faster than they were adding to it.
They bought 27,084 $ETH into a 15% discount. That is the right trade if it is funded with cash. That is the wrong trade if it is funded with new stock. June was the month the market decided $BMNR was a dilution story. The only answer is to stop being one.
For about three months $BMNR had about 70% of their $ETH staked. They later staked a large additional amount, bringing the total to over 82% of the treasury — the most they have ever had staked — while putting up weekly buys of over 100,000 $ETH for stretches. June still has to be read.
This is the print that stays on the tracker. When the multiple is 0.85, restraint is the job. When it is 1.00, the job is not to give it back.
